    Caythorpe Primary School pupils have been learning CPR and basic first aid as part of Restart a Heart Day.
    Young people up and down the country have been learning how to save lives. Restart a Heart Day 2018 saw the partnership once again of LIVES, The British Heart Foundation, British Red Cross, St Johns Ambulance, and all of UK ambulance services, to train a minimum of an incredible 195,000 young people in life saving CPR.  Read more...

    Pupils at Ambergate Sports College in Grantham were treated to a special guest appearance from Paralympic Judo star Jack Hodgson, who officially opened a brand new building for the school.

    The 21-year old made a personal and motivational speech to pupils at the school that cater for pupils with moderate to severe learning difficulties. He talked about his career path and how he has overcome barriers to compete on the global stage.  Read more...

    £2,500 of funding from Bernard Sunley, plus another from The Medlock Trust have now been added to the £10,000 Lottery Award already in, to ensure installation of an amazing new Parkour Circuit can begin at Woodlands Academy.

    Caring2Learn is a Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) research project, funded and supported by the Department for Education through their Partners in Practice programme. The aim of the project is to improve outcomes for Lincolnshire's looked after, post-looked after and other vulnerable children and young people.  

    GANF have been awarded the Gold Caring2Learn Award.

    Rory Underwood, former England Rugby Union Player, visited John Fielding Special School in Boston this week, to hand over keys to a brand new mini bus.

    The Lord’s Taverners Minibus programme has been operating for over forty years and since the programme began in 1976 over 1,200 minibuses have been donated to special educational schools and organisations throughout the UK.

    A teenager's dreams of a career in space research have gone into orbit after earning the best GCSE results ever at The Priory Special School in Spalding.

    Nathaniel Reynolds is now starting his second week as a sixth-former studying A-Levels in Chemistry, Maths and Physics having collected GCSE grades of 7 and 8 in English Language, Maths and Double Science.

    TV personality Jen Pringle unveiled the plaque to commemorate the official opening of Poplar Farm Primary School in front of parents, delegates and pupils at the brand new state-of-the-art school in Grantham.

    BBC Radio Lincolnshire came along to interview the parents, staff and pupils. Live broadcasts were made throught the morning into the BBC Radio Lincolnshire Breakfast Show with Scott Dalton.

    Caythorpe Primary School have a vision to create a happy place where children are individuals, cared for within a supportive, secure and creative environment. They promote positive relationships where both staff and children can inspire each other to achieve their full potential.

    And the proof is in their latest SATs results with Maths alone increasing from 58% last year, to a whopping 89% this year!  Reading and writing SATs have also increased.
