This is what some of our schools say about working with C.I.T
“Chapel St Leonards Primary School joined C.I.T in 2018. The fundamental purpose of the Trust is one that the school and its staff share fully – the understanding that all children are individuals. There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to school improvement, or teaching and learning strategies, but there is an outstanding ability to share best practice and be provided with excellent levels of support. We have been delighted to take advantage of the support offered by the Trust’s Support Hub and this has helped us considerably post conversion. “
Graham Almond | Headteacher
“The Spalding and Boston Special Schools joined C.I.T in 2016. This marked an exciting time in the history of The Priory, The Garth, and John Fielding Schools. Education was, and still is, going through a significant period of change and uncertainty, with schools having to adapt to life with ever decreasing capacity within Local Authorities. Since joining the Trust and working in partnership with colleagues at C.I.T, we have seen further improved outcomes for pupils. We continue to support the Trust’s family of schools, sharing best of practice where necessary to improve education for pupils across Lincolnshire“
