My school turned-my-life-around, I don’t know where I would be or what would have happened to me without being lucky enough to have been a pupil there. I got into college, completed an access course and then Level 3 Uniform Service. I now work in private security and am applying to join the Police. I have gone from being on the wrong side of the law, to the right side! I didn’t know at the time, but this school helped me to do that for myself.

TRUST BOARD
The CIT Trust Board lead strategy development and hold the Chief Executive to account. The Board define the Strategic Vision; operate within financial constraints, and create a strong and effective governance structure.

LEADERSHIP
Our Leadership Team inform and drive the Strategic Vision set by the Trust Board.
They review challenges and successes within the Trust, so that we can continue to provide the highest level of education and care to all our pupils.
SUPPORT HUB
The Support Hub team assist our academies with roles such as Finance, HR, Estates Management, Procurement, Fundraising, and PR & Marketing. The Support Hub takes the administrative burden away from schools so they can concentrate on teaching.
