Community Champions

CIT - Community Inclusive Trust. Where learning comes first

Our CIT Community Champions are a dedicated network of colleagues based in every school across the Trust family.

They play a vital role in keeping their school communities informed about local initiatives, as well as wider Trust-wide community projects and opportunities. Acting as ambassadors for community engagement, our Champions help share ideas, encourage participation, and strengthen connections between schools.

As a team, the Community Champions come together four times a year to collaborate, exchange best practice, celebrate successes, and help shape future initiatives that make a positive difference across CIT and the communities we serve.
