The Community Inclusive Trust is celebrating another year of strong GCSE outcomes as students at Carre’s Grammar School and Kesteven and Sleaford High School receive the results of years of hard work, determination and resilience.
Across both schools, students have demonstrated exceptional commitment throughout their studies, achieving outcomes that reflect not only academic success but also the perseverance, character and ambition that underpin educational achievement. While many students have secured outstanding grades across a broad range of subjects, equally significant are the individual stories of those who have overcome personal challenges and adversity to reach this important milestone.
These results are a testament to the dedication of students, the unwavering support of parents and carers, and the commitment of teaching and support staff who work tirelessly to ensure every young person can fulfil their potential. They also reflect the strength of the collaborative school communities within CIT, where high expectations, inclusion and aspiration remain at the heart of everything they do.
As students prepare for the next stage of their educational journeys, they will move on to a variety of ambitious pathways, including A Levels, vocational programmes and specialist courses. Many will continue their studies locally, with a significant number progressing to the highly successful Sleaford Joint Sixth Form.
Nick Law, outgoing Headteacher of Carre’s Grammar School, said:
“Carre’s Grammar School has always been about more than examination results. We are committed to developing young people of character, integrity and ambition, and today’s outcomes reflect those values. I am particularly proud of those students who have faced personal challenges along the way and have shown remarkable resilience to achieve their goals. They should celebrate their success with confidence and pride. We also thank our parents and carers for the trust and support they give the school, and I recognise the dedication of our staff who work tirelessly to help every student succeed.”
Josephine Smith, Headteacher of Kesteven and Sleaford High School, said:
“Today is a day of celebration for our students as they receive the results of years of hard work, perseverance and commitment. We are delighted to see them rewarded for their efforts and immensely proud of all they have achieved. These successes have been made possible through the collective support of dedicated staff, families, governors and the wider community, all working together to help our young people thrive.
“As our students take their next steps, we look forward to seeing them continue to grow in confidence and ambition. We congratulate every student on their achievements and wish them happiness and success as they embark on the next chapter of their journey.”
Peter Bell, CEO of the Community Inclusive Trust, added:
“We are immensely proud of every student celebrating their GCSE results today. Across our schools, these achievements reflect not only academic success but also resilience, determination and personal growth. Behind every result lies a story of effort, support and perseverance, and we recognise the contribution of our staff, families and wider communities in helping young people reach their potential.
“At CIT, our focus is on ensuring every child has access to the opportunities and support they need to succeed. Whether students are progressing to sixth form, vocational education or other pathways, we congratulate them on all they have achieved and look forward to seeing the positive impact they will make in the future.”
