Our 3 winners this term

The Trust Values Awards is now in its third and final draw of this academic year, giving CIT staff the opportunity to nominate their colleagues for upholding the Trust Values.

Congratulations to last terms winners: 

  • Lucy George from Poplar Farm School 
  • Sophie Goodrum from Linchfield Academy
  • Jodie Wilkes from Greenfields Academy 

Lucy was nominated for being a fabulous role model on EVERY dress-up day we have in school, and for inspiring the pupils on a daily basis!

Sophie was nominated for her honesty and inclusivity. She is always honest in a professional way and goes the extra mile to support and implement strategies and resources for those children that need it most. She is always thinking of new ideas to develop children, inspire them and make them feel like they can achieve and make progress. The children love her!

Jodie was nominated for her exceptional professional growth and confidence in articulation of the school’s vision and performance at health checks.
