The Community Inclusive Trust (CIT) is a not-for-profit family of schools committed to transforming lives through high-quality education across the East Midlands. Our schools span mainstream primary and secondary provision alongside specialist settings, all supported by strong central services and a culture of professional development.
By partnering with us through the transfer of unused Apprenticeship Levy Funds, your organisation can make a direct and lasting impact on education, workforce development, and community wellbeing.
Your support will enable CIT to develop skilled, motivated apprentices who play a vital role in schools, supporting teaching and learning, SEND provision, administration, and essential operational services.
Apprentices bring fresh perspectives, energy, and commitment, helping us build a sustainable pipeline of future professionals who share our values and dedication to inclusion. With structured mentoring, high-quality training, and a supportive learning environment, every apprentice will benefit from a clear development plan, regular progress reviews, and meaningful opportunities to contribute to school life.
By transferring unspent Apprenticeship Levy Funds to the Community Inclusive Trust, your organisation will be investing in people, strengthening the education workforce, and creating positive outcomes for young people and communities across the region. Together, we can ensure apprentices gain rewarding careers while enabling our schools to continue delivering excellence for every child.
We are looking to partner with organisations that:
☑ Pay into the Apprenticeship Levy (payroll over £3 million).
☑ Do not fully utilise their Apprenticeship Levy Funds.
☑ Are willing to transfer unspent Levy Funds to support future Apprenticeships at CIT.
By transferring unused Levy Funds, your organisation can help support Apprenticeships that benefit schools and communities.
